Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all domestic orders via USPS.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is in the care of USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including weather, service disruptions, or high shipping volume.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If it still cannot be located, contact USPS directly to open a claim.
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at foxtownfarm@gmail.com and we will help you work with USPS to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at foxtownfarm@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can evaluate and make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
